Fork Mid-Season Service - $60 + Seal Kits
*If suspension is still on the bike, there will be an additional 1/2 hour labor charge for suspension removal and installation. Price does not include cost of rebuild kit. Service includes:
- Thorough cleaning, inspection, and test of the fork's overall condition.
- Perform tear-down of lowers, replace all of the old seals and oil with Fox or RockShox factory components. - The fork is inflated to customer’s recommended pressure. Sag, compression, and rebound settings are all recorded and returned to customer settings upon completion.
Fork Full-Service - $145 + Seal Kits
*If suspension is still on the bike, there will be an additional 1/2 hour labor charge for suspension removal and installation. Price does not include cost of rebuild kit. Service includes:
- All mid season service kit seals replaced and mid-season service performed.
- Lowers removed and cleaned, oil drained and replaced, damper and air spring inspected.
- Damper service kit seals and fluids replaced, Air Spring service kit seals and fluids replaced, hard parts inspected and cleaned.
Shock Mid-Season Service $50 + Seal Kits
*If suspension is still on the bike, there will be an additional 1/2 hour labor charge for suspension removal and installation. Price does not include cost of rebuild kit. Service includes:
- Thorough cleaning, inspection, and test of the shock's overall condition.
- Disassembly of the air can and replace all of the old seals and oil with Fox or RockShox factory components. - The shock is inflated to customer’s recommended pressure using nitrogen. Sag, compression, and rebound settings are all recorded and returned to customer settings upon completion.
Shock - Full Service - $125 + Seal Kits
*If suspension is still on the bike, there will be an additional 1/2 hour labor charge for suspension removal and installation. Price does not include cost of rebuild kit. Service includes:
-Air Can and damper disassembled, fully cleaned and inspected for structural failures (dents, penetrations, interior scratches on the air can, etc.)
- All seals and O-rings are replaced, dampers are hand bled or bled with a vacuum pump (if applicable)
- IFP chambers are charged with Nitrogen, reassembled with fresh grease and air can fluid.
-All functions checked on a hand dyno and final inspection.
